On Easter Sunday evening in the drizzle, we parked at a river bay to bird watch from the van. With binoculars, my wife, kids, and I watched an osprey hunt. On it's second dive, it rose with two trout! We watched as it dipped and dropped one fish from thirty feet up. It then flew towards us and over our car, carrying off the second fish in it's tallons!
I doubt we'll again see a bird of prey 'double fist' a couple 7" trout from a single dive!
